Subject	Stripped bolt

Message	While upgrading my rear brakes, one 17mm bolt is completely stripped. I cannot get this bolt out for the life of me. It's the bolt that holds the caliper to the bracket. I've tried tapping a 16mm or 5/8 onto it with no luck. Not sure if a bolt extractor will work since its so stripped that a 17mm just spins on it. Space is very limited too. I even tried just cutting a straight line and using a flat head screw driver and it wouldn't budge. One thing I thought of that haven't tried yet it cutting the bolt head off since the bracket isn't threaded, shouldn't it come right off then I rather not remover the whole knuckle, but starting to think I may have to.
